What is your preferred farm run?

Relatively new player here, think I am kinda midgame right now. So right now I basically do the following tree run:

Varrock, Gnome Stronghold and Village, Lumbridge, Falador and Taverley, Brimhaven, Catherby, Farming Guild. A total of 10 trees and fruit trees combined. So I have read in a guide.

I did notice there are more patches with herbs etc. Is it worth it to create a complicated run with a little bit of everything? Or what are your preferred methods when it comes to money making + leveling at the same time? Or is it better to leave the other stuff alone since it is not commonly spoken about?

Looking forward to your answers! I discovered Birdhouse runs as well, got 3 hardwood trees in there. But they seem to grow a lot slower.
