{Hiring} Commission-Based Appointment Setter: Commercial Roofing (Targeted Storm-Damage Leads)

I’m looking to hire one solid appointment setter to help me book commercial roofing inspections for large properties (warehouses, retail centers, industrial buildings).

These are targeted outbound calls, not random dialing.

We focus specifically on commercial properties in areas recently affected by hail and wind events, where:

•	Roofs are likely damaged

•	Insurance claims are pending, under review, or eligible

•	Owners/managers already have a reason to inspect

You are not selling roofs. You are setting qualified inspections that lead to high-ticket commercial jobs.

What you’ll be doing

•	Calling commercial property owners and managers in storm-impacted zones

•	Referencing recent hail/wind events as the reason for outreach

•	Booking on-site roof inspections with decision-makers

•	Filtering for authority, scope, and timing

•	Booking inspections directly to my calendar

This is consultative, not spammy. The storm data gives you a real reason to call.

What “qualified” means (read this)

You get paid only when:

•	Inspection is held (no no-shows)

•	Decision-maker or authorized rep is involved

•	Roof size is 5,000+ sq ft

•	There’s a clear reason (hail/wind damage, leaks, aging system, insurance review)

•	Timeline makes sense (now to 6–12 months)

Compensation (real money, tied to installs)

Option 1 – Base + Performance (most people start here):

•	$15–$20/hr base

•	$75–$150 per qualified inspection held

•	+$0.05–$0.10 per square foot once the job installs

Example:

•	25,000 sq ft commercial roof installs

•	You earn $1,500–$2,500+ from ONE deal

Option 2 – Experienced setters only (no base):

•	$200–$300 per inspection held

•	$0.10–$0.15 per square foot installed

Strong setters routinely earn $5k–$10k+/month part-time.

Who this is for

•	B2B appointment setters

•	SDRs comfortable talking to owners and property managers

•	People who understand insurance-driven commercial work

•	Anyone who prefers quality conversations over high-volume junk

Who this is NOT for

•	Hourly-only job seekers

•	Script readers who can’t think

•	Anyone booking meetings just to “hit numbers”

Requirements

•	Confident phone presence

•	Clear English

•	Reliable internet + phone line

•	CRM discipline

•	Ability to reference storm events professionally (not fear-based)

Commercial or insurance-related experience is a plus, but not required.

How to apply

DM me with:

1.	Your background in calling/setting

2.	Industries you’ve booked in

3.	Which comp option you prefer

4.	Weekly availability

If you can book real commercial inspections tied to storm damage and insurance eligibility, this can turn into long-term, high-ticket income.
