Why is faceit refusing me of buying premium? Ticket 11671537

Hello, as title states im unable to buy/renew my premium, had it for many many months no issues, this month i had no money on the card assigned to faceit, so it didnt renew.

When i tried to renew it bugged out and never charged me, it just reloaded and reloaded with bank verification.

Now im unable to even try to pay, and trying to talk to faceit support is like trying to talk to a brickwall - dude obviously doesnt care enough to understand the issue.

Is it possible to get this looked at from another agent?

I just want to get the mission points, kind of a hassle to have another friend WHO HAS THE SAME BANK IN THE SAME COUNTRY gift me premium.

Error i am getting: There was a mismatch in the currencies. You previously paid with USD currency, and you are currently trying to pay with EUR currency. Which is not permitted according to our rules. Please use USD currency instead.
