Why are record companies redusing to ship albums they allegedlt have

a lot of record companies are using tariffs as a excuse to justify not shipping product. I order a christmas gift 2 that was supposed to arrive in 2024. Never even shipped 2025 rolls around they company says the records are held up due to tariffs and will ship soon. They kept saying the same thing evwry couple months so no one would ask for a refund. 2026 and they still havent shipped and are still blaming tariffs when i shouldve gotten them before trump was even in office. Another company says they have my record but are refusing to ship it after dodging me for a year until i asked the bank to charge it back. They stopped responding to me and sent a generic email after the bank denied my claim. They still wont respond.
