Sister entering 11th (NEET '28). Need honest advice for freshers.

​My younger sister is giving 10th boards next month and is serious about NEET. I'm from a Commerce background so I have zero clue about the PCB rat race.

​We have a decent budget but can't blow 3-4 Lakhs on the big offline giants. Need some reality checks from seniors:

​Coaching: Is Online (like PW/Unacademy) actually enough to get a top rank? Or is the "offline environment" mandatory? I’m scared she’ll slack off at home.

​Schooling: Is Dummy School 100% necessary now? If she goes to a regular school, will she even have time for self-study, or is that a burnout?

​The "Gap" Period: She has 2 months free after boards. What should she cover before 11th starts so she doesn't end up with a "11th wasted" tag? ​Any roadmaps or specific mistakes to avoid would be great.
