Weird, sticky Dandruff?

Hey everyone.

Not the dry, flaky kind, but the sticky, oily dandruff that clings to the scalp and comes back fast.  I had a weird scalp problem for a long time. Washing my hair more just made it oilier faster.

I tried all the normal dandruff shampoos. Nothing really fixed it.
