Questions regarding dilutions with new orifice.
I’m currently have a 1.8 gpm Ryobi pressure washer and using a foam canon that came installed with a 1.9 orifice. I’m getting decent results with foam production when using Bilt Hamber Touchless and Autowash at the recommended dilution/PIR, but it tends to be a little runny and doesn’t dwell quite as long as I would like. I’ve seen many recommendations about using a 1.25 orifice for ticker foam.
My questions are, before I commit to the process of purchasing and installing the orifice, should I expect to reevaluate/calculate my dilution ratios when the new orifice is installed?
Additionally, would a reevaluated/re-calculated dilution ratio essentially net me the same results? It would be the same amount of soap on the panel at the day, would it not?
