Visible band and other things that have helped?

Question

My teen daughters and I all deal with a level of POTS and hEDS but my youngest (16) is currently struggling the most. I have a couple of questions I’m hoping some of you more experienced can answer.

  1. Visible Band. I think it would be very helpful for her/us but she won’t track it. Would it be possible to have her wear it (she’s willing) and it sync to her phone but then have me sign into the same account and be able to see the same data? Does that make sense?

  2. What items have you purchased to help you in daily life when you’re having a bad day/period? I’m going to have to get a shower stool to fit in the tub/shower she has. She already has a long handheld shower. Im considering some kind of solution so I can wash her hair more easily at the sink when she just can’t shower.

The only way she will consume electrolyte packets is to make it into a shot - super concentrated- so she can toss it back. Is there a sanely sized high mg sodium capsule? Her doc wants her to have around 10g of sodium a day and it’s so hard to wrap my head around that.
