Studying in Germany for bachelor's undergraduate Which is better? Studienkolleg or 1st year in India?

Choices_after_12th

my_qualifications: 10th grade CBSE 80%, 11th grade State Board Commerce 96% and currently studying in 12th grade with predicted marks 95%

I'm studying in Commerce currently and planning to study in German public universities for business undergraduate/bachelor's. I researched top universities in Germany for business programs which teach fully in English and found a B.A in international business at HTW Berlin and TH Köln.

I will learn German till B1 before going there and will manage till B2 *at least* before graduating but first,

Is it better to study one year here in India and then go to Germany directly for bachelor's?

See, I don't have a problem with learning German, I will do it because I know how the language barrier is there. without german, you can't get jobs. But the only issue is that 12th board exams finish in March. It's not realistic for me to study German till B2 in less than 4 months for Studienkolleg since Studienkolleg is taught entirely in German(? is it?) while preparing for IELTS alongside it right after the board exams pressure is like I'm digging my own pit for my mental health.

Taking a gap year to learn German till B2/C1 and then applying for Studienkolleg and studying that before starting my degree would delay 2 years and my parents most likely won't agree for it.

So I did research for top universities in India (for studying the first year here and German alongside it before going there) but many top ones for business didn't show up in the Anabin database at all.

I found these for now (still researching):

H+

Tata Institute of Social Sciences

NMIMS

MIT World Peace University

Symbiosis International University

Flame University

Amity University Gurgaon or Mumbai

I know IIMs are the top ones and I did take IPMAT coaching so I can handle the logical reasoning and verbal ability section but I'm weak at math and the cutoff plus competition is too high with limited and reserves seats for me to rely on that plan especially if I'm just going to study one year there.

I need help finding top universities for business undergraduate with H+ on the Anabin database. Not just for that but just in case if I don't get a visa or any other problems arise, it'd be better to have started the degree in a reputed uni/college. (In a safe metropolitan city too if possible)

Also, any suggestions on doing research on more countries which would be better for Indians to settle in? (I feel like Germany is too bureaucratic to survive in.) Like don't get me wrong, Germany is strong to start in but settling there has too many restrictions. Especially with the high taxes and no creative freedom. (I'm an artist and monetising from commisions in Germany would be considered free lancing or self employment so it'd cause troubles for my visa permit. Same goes with publishing my YA novel series.) So education and economy is Germany is strong and gives exposure and opens doors to Europe, which is why I planned for it. (I could be wrong on some stuff cuz I got diff answers from multiple sources)

I need honest views on what's better and also tell me about the realistic challenges in both the paths.

Thank you so much for reading till the end>3
