Will ADHD360 stop my prescription if my blood pressure readings are too high?

They previously stopped my medication when I reported having heart palpitations with the previous medication they put me on. Now I’m on elvanse and it’s been fine side effect wise and been put up to 50mg but my recent was 149/86. This could have been due rushing around etc? It’s a bit difficult to get another reading as I’m away from home and very busy so will have to find time to go to a pharmacy again so ideally don’t want to have to get another reading if the first wouldn’t be a problem but of course don’t want to risk my medication being stopped
