Bic camera SIM card at Haneda airport

I have been looking at Bic camera SIM cards on their website. I was wondering if the prices are the same online as they are in store, at HND Airport, and if there's a possibility to order & pay for a SIM card in advance to be reserved for me when I arrive, so I can pick it up easily and without a hassle.
