One mistake I see many new mobile app developers make
I’ve been building mobile apps for about **2 years**, and the biggest mistake I see (and made myself) is this:
**Starting to code before clearly understanding the user problem.**
I used to jump straight into UI, animations, and features because it felt productive. But later I realized users didn’t care about most of it.
What actually helped:
* clearly define one problem the app solves
* build the smallest version that solves it
* get feedback as early as possible
Clean UI and more features come later.
Understanding the user comes first.
Hope this helps someone starting out.
