Question about Joint BMO account

Hi, so my wife and I have a joint BMO account (checking and savings) and she did a little bit of online gambling, deposited $300 and ended up winning a little over $4,000 and when trying to withdraw the funds they confiscated the funds because it apparently appeared in my name during deposit and when she tried to send a bank statement to show our names it simply shows "Owner: Husband's name" and not hers. What is it supposed to be and do I need to call to fix this or is this how it is? When I log into online banking it shows hello my name and when she logs in it shows hello her name but under statements it simply shows mine. Shouldn't it be "Joint Owners: Husbands name, Wifes name" or what am I missing and are we out of luck?
