I don’t talk about this much, but I’m tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
I’ve been carrying a kind of tired that doesn’t show on the outside. I still show up. I still function. I still joke when I’m supposed to. But inside, it feels like something has been quietly wearing me down for a long time.
What hurts the most is how invisible it feels. There’s no single moment I can point to. No big breakdown. Just a slow buildup of pressure, disappointment, and unspoken stuff I never quite found the words for.
Some nights I sit alone and feel this heavy ache in my chest, like I’m grieving something I can’t name. I don’t want pity. I don’t even know what I want. I just know that pretending I’m okay all the time is getting harder.
I’m sharing this because I know I can’t be the only one. If you’re carrying something quietly too, I see you. I hope we both find a way to put some of it down.
Thanks for listening.
