Aim sports quad rail install?

Just got an el cheapo quad rail from aim for a project but it didn't come with instructions for install. Has anyone put one of these on before or has advice? It has an aluminum barrel nut, a threaded collar at the rear of the nut with notches that aim says is for "tightening with a punch" and a single unique set screw that looks like it's the only anti rotation feature.
