A question on console commands

OK, I want to know the specific process for adding a legendary effect to an existing weapon using console commands. The wiki is rather vague on the procedures. The two effects I want to add are "Plasma Infused" and "Explosive". Not both on the same gun, of course. Would that even be possible? I mean, it might be fun to watch raiders explode then turn to goo....

I am trying to mod a few guns from DLC and Creations (specifically the Chinese AR, Daewoo AR, P99 pistol, Radium Rifle, Handmade Rifle, and ST Phaser add ons). I found an Explosive Daewoo, and I want to make a couple more of them in various configurations. Yes, I am playing a modded game for fun and I want to play around with things.
