Why can't I auto login with steam?

I'm using the original war thunder client as I get better performance as I can choose minimum graphics on the client. However when I click play it says

"Connection error 80130183

The username or password is incorrect. Please try again"

I then have to click try again and then click weblogin and then steam and then I can finally login, are there any solutions/suggestions to fix this?
