TikTok cross border

Hello

Does anyone here do TikTok cross border from China .

I am signing up and I’m having issue with the ID , it’s the correct one but they keep rejecting . So I’m looking if anyone has any advice or has some contacts at TikTok that would be able to help .

Thanks
