MBA Personal Interview without Graduation Marksheet?

I completed my graduation during COVID and my last 3 semesters were held online. I don't have the hard copy of the original marksheets of my final 3 semesters. I do have the soft copies of the marksheets and original graduation certificate which I have uploaded in college applications. I have asked the college about the mark sheets and they told to collect it in person. The college is 48 hour train ride away with no direct flight connections. The college being a typical government one is also expected to take 5 working days at least to give all the documents with their lengthy processes. (Mark sheets, percentage conversion certificate, transfer certificate, etc) Currently with the PI calls out, It is difficult to spare so much time. I intend to get the certificates from the college in the few weeks which I will have before the commencement of MBA classes. My concern is whether there will be an impact on the PI process of MBA colleges where document verification is done. I have my 10th, 12th, graduation certificate, work experience certificate in original, only last 3 sem mark sheet and percentage conversion certificate is to be obtained.
