MJ pricing in Japan

American working here in Japan and just started MJ today with my first 2.5mg pen. It’s not covered by my insurance so my out of pocket was around $185 for a 4 pen/1 month supply of 2.5mg. A one month supply of 5mg pens go up to about $260 next month. I’m in a more remote area so interested how these prices compare to major cities like Tokyo or Osaka?
