Need help with LTCG on new constructed property

Hi All,

I booked under construction apartment in Jan, 2023

Sale deed signed and got possession in Dec, 2025.

I want to sale my 13 years old home and save on LTCG.

Can I get benefits when I sell my old apartment? Till when I can sell to get the benefits?
