Charging without line of sight.

Fellow Hive Scum, I can't seem to see it anywhere in my core rulebook so it's possible I'm misremembering or have made it up. but I'm sure there was a rules change regarding charging a target that is out of sight.

I could have sworn it was changed to a minus to hit for charging a target you cannot see.

if that is the case can anyone tellu me where I can find this rule. if not I may have made it up. TIA
