Weapon mods with injectors and where to install fnv

Hello, I've been struggling with fnv weapon mods as sometimes it doesnt work at all

I tried MO2, installing outside Program Files in another disk, nothing works

Where should I install it as I read admin folders have issues with dll injectors and how should I move it to avoid the issues of reinstalling it all
