Quoted £983 to change my address (yes nearly £1000) after moving from a city to a quieter / less populated area. Supposedly over 300 factors go into the underwriting decision, but that amount is quite literally insane (could buy a new car for that amount)..

Told them I want to cancel instead and was told the early exit fee would be £7.69.. thought they had got something wrong but that really was the only cancellation charge I owed?

Pretty obvious what I did but they must be absolutely mental. Will never insure with them again & would recommend avoiding and just paying a slightly higher monthly premium with a better / trusted insurer. Had no issues with them up til now.
