Not seeing tickets in resell/transfer section on fifa ticketing

Hey,

I bought tickets from vivid seats and received an email saying the tickets were ready for transfer by going on the fifa ticketing portal and going to resll/transfer tickets. However anything on there or a prompt to accept the transfer. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
