Lost so much money and feeling hopeless

I got into blackjack December last year and lost a huge amount of money. It’s not putting me in debt but it just feels horrible… I could’ve spent the money on anything else but no, I chose to throw it all away. I’ve been going every single day and losing almost every single night. I keep trying to “make it back” but I know I’ll just end up losing more & more. It’s all I think about, I can’t sleep, can’t focus on work. My entire brain is just filled with blackjack. How do I stop.. please anyone help
