Downloading all my information from google - how to unpack it?

I ordered all my personal data from google and got 44 Zip files, total of almost 500 GB. If I try to unzip them all at the same time, i get 44 separate "takout"-folders, that partially contain same folder structures, which i cant just merge in macos finder. Is there a smart way to extract the files to keep the original folder structure without having a tangled mess with dozens of duplicates? any good tips?
