12 week old suddenly stiff and fussy

Hey new parents! Thanks for taking the time to read my concern.

I’ll start this off by saying I have a dream bay, I know this. By the time he was 6 weeks we were getting 7 hour stretches of sleep with him some nights. He never cries unless he’s hungry, and he’s always so smiley.

He turned 12 weeks this week and suddenly can’t stop fussing. He’s always stiffening, outstretching his body, yelping out, fusing. He’s also tossing, turning, and yelping at night every hour (will go back down with just a pacifier). His gas meds also do nothing for him at the moment.

Is this a growth spurt? Does he need more food? He’s eaten 130ml for a couple of months now.
