Failed US Coup in China?

I’m reading and seeing reports of an attempted coup of the CPC by the US. Allegedly the CPC found out and removed up to 3000 military and intelligence personnel.

I saw an article a couple days ago about there being a shake up in Chinese official positions, but was this the reason?

Does anyone know any more about this? If true, the US basically just declared war on China.

Any and all info is appreciated.

Thanks, comrades.
