Where best to nuke?

Most times I see Death From Above kicking off it’s over Cranberry Bog or Mononagh Mine, but I know there are other locations that kick off specific events when nuked.

So, my question is in two parts:

1. Where is your favourite place to bike, and why?

2. Is there a list anywhere of different locations and the effect of nuking them?

Thanks!
