Negotiated student/teacher scene?

If two adults are friends for a long time and fully trust and feel safe with each other, and one of them lands a student teacher position and propositions the other to take his class (which she does find interesting) so they can have a (fully pre-consented) prolonged student/teacher scene including sex but with an actual student-teacher relationship, is that okay?
