Enabling CMD keybinds on Mac?

I was wondering if there was a way to enable defining keybinds using the CMD key (as oppsed to alt/shift)

It'd be realy useful to use that modifier as well for all kinds of bindings (which don't really do anything on the rs client right now AFAIK)

As a side note - this already technically happens (quite annoyingly) whenever I press CMD + any of the camera movement keys - it causes the camera to either:

* Spin endlessly in that direction for horizontal movement

* Get completely stuck for vertical movement - I usually have to surge in order to override that

I assume that's a bug, I've seen a few references for it on other posts.
