So many Burlington low-lifes still haven't shoveled their walkways

I'm not talking about shut ins or elderly people.... I walked my daughter to school today and homes that I know have able bodied people in there haven't shoveled. One low life in particular right next to Mohawk Gardens shoveled out his driveway and cleared his vehicles off but couldn't be bothered to do the side walks. I had double leg surgery two weeks ago and I got it done. Absolute POS.
