Thorn bloody melee set up

Working on my bloody thorn armor set up. So far have unyielding, reflex, bruisers for the armor but I’m kinda blanking on what to do for the 2* any suggestions? The only thing I can think of is endurance but if anyone has better experience please lmk. For cards does anyone know is ghoulish worth running? I can’t tell if the regen is worthwhile. I have spiritual healer and the regen mutation but I like to stack regen as much as I can. Also does the bleed bonus from thorn to melee weapons apply to the bleed related cards? Thanks in advance
