Is Depop Support Reliable?+tips for a new seller?

Wanted to start selling but had to change my DOB on my profile to match my irl id. Had it changed as that information wasn’t necessary to give with what I was using the app for.

Anyway, send through a message to the support to help with the change but wanna know if they’re reliable/quick? You know girls gotta hustle!

New to selling - clothes and figurines. Any tips?

-how to get my product seen by more ppl?

-can I like edit pictures of my items by adding borders or lil stickers?? Obviously not covering up/editing the product in any way.

-how to avoid stinky buyers?

-should shipping be paid by the seller or buyer?
