No One / Home Tel Contracts

Hey up peeps, for anyone who joined No One then got gobbled into Home Tel. When did the contracts and pricing structure get changed ? I'm trying to help someone get out of a pickle but I can't find any emails or notices from HT regarding the changeover or price changes. Does anyone have a rough idea when this was ?
