This is a piece of art, dare i say, a masterpiece. The story, characters, art, music, it's simply some of the best pieces of media that I've ever experienced

I highly recommend anyone who've beaten the game once to try another playthrough. My second one was on steel soul, but it didn't really matter, just having confidence after the first 100% allowed me to have some real fun in first acts with understanding of mechanics. Beating some bosses that i struggled with the first time on my first try felt amazing

Steel soul is also not that intimidating with the right build if you allow yourself to benchwarp in a pinch, so i'd say you should at least try it

Now about some things that i liked in particular

Best bosses: cogwork dancers, the first sinner, the whole coral tower, lace 2 and especially 3

Best challenges: mnt. Fey, courier's rasher, Seth's memento (yes, i actually really enjoyed flea games), bilewater runback (idk, after dying for two hours on Groll i really enjoyed it for some reason)

Favorite items and builds: the aggro wanderer with injector band, multibinder, and druid's eyes; the overdose architect, the bedazzled witch; Cogflies, sawtooth circlet, and bola volt vessels are my faves in terms of damage tools

Some things that i didn't like:

Hey Team Cherry, why the hell can't i display my Hornet statuette in my home??

The title screen given after beating steel soul is just bad imo, especially the annoying screeching sound in the background

The "cursed" ending. I'm just not a fan of "beat this without any of your tools" challenges

And that's it. Now I'm in the "sea of sorrow when?" club

I'd like to hear your opinions if you also did basically everything. How's it for you?

After FULLY completing the game here are my thoughts
