Todays Meta Build > Ship > Meassure

Hey, I’m an entrepreneur with over a year of experience. It feels like entrepreneurship has shifted from Sell > Build > Measure to Build > Ship > Measure. I’ve read *Zero to One* and *The Lean Startup*, and both suggest copying and building, so I’m wondering how we’re actually doing it now.

Are you shipping products directly or preselling them? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
