Questions!

Hi all. Those of you that have resin printers. Is it really that much better for printing and painting? I use fdm and they come out about as perfect as they can for being filiment. Obviously I still do post processing, sanding ect. But is it REALLY worth jumping to resin. If painting the models I print is what I do? And is it worth the mess? I'd have to put it in my garage as ive read they need ventilation.

Inputs would be appreciated. Especially if you have both resin and fdm.
