What is wrong?

15f, 5’2, 100 pounds, and its been 5-6 months.

MRI normal, CBC normal, what is wrong?

I’ve been having frequent attacks where I get a headache, neck pain, dizziness, and nausea. I feel like I might vomit, but I can’t. I had one really bad vertigo attack before, but it eventually went away. These symptoms keep coming back, and they seem to happen more often in certain situations, like when I’m at school, if I travel or even do something that requires 10% of my energy . I’ve already had MRI scans and they came back normal, but I still don’t feel okay, so I’m worried something is being missed.
