I think I titrated up too fast

I’ve been on Reta since Jan 7th, started at 2.5mg per week and felt nothing. Started at 4mg per week on the 18th and felt nothing. Pinned at 4mg again on the 25th and felt the appetite suppressant yesterday all day. It was great, I felt like the food noise was completely gone (that was my goal). Well, last night I couldn’t sleep for more than 2 hours at a time due to diarrhea all night long. I’m guessing there’s just too much Reta in my system. I took some Pepto Bismol this morning, due to having to fly all day today. Anyone have bad diarrhea expertise titrating up too fast?
