Company Vehicle Operations Questions - Please help if you're knowledgeable about it :)

Hello - we will be eligible for the CVO program soon and I was wondering if anyone could answer some questions that I cannot seem to find answers to about the Company Vehicle Operations program?

First - Are you eligible from your start date or from the date your 90 days was up? It seems that there are differing opinions when asking coworkers.

And the reason I ask that is:

Second - Do we need to put money down on the lease for this program? I can find nothing that states yes or no. If yes, how much is that usually? Is it a percentage? I'm trying to figure out if we need to be putting money aside now for that lease.

Third - Can anyone tell me what we'd be looking at payment wise for a Pacifica? I know it largely depends on the trim, but I'd like a ball park number, if possible.

We really wanted to lease a hybrid and last year a hybrid van was available, but this year there is no mention of a hybrid on the website for a van. But I was wondering if there is a hybrid option available, it's just not on the site?
