Hotels for Kids

i know there’s a million of these requests but looking for a bit more specific things i’m looking for in a hotel or at least advice:

clean ** probably my highest concern

we have 2 kids, (2,3) will be visiting Bird Kingdom & Rainforest Cafe

preferably want a view of the falls from room

pool area, that’s good for kids ( they are young so imo i didnt think americana or gwl with attention spans) and i saw that fallsview indoor waterpark had some violations in the past couple days for improper cleaning.

ideally a breakfast option, sheraton club lounge worth to pay extra money ??

i love the seperated rooms of the Hilton as well but it seems slightly “further” than right in clifton hill, worth it ?
