Help with the "I am a Jedi" and "Unlimited Power" achievements

I want to platinum the game (I've already completed it twice with both sides) and I have a question: if the prestige classes grant an exclusive Force power, how do I complete those achievements? Do I have to beat the game three times with each prestige class, or how does it work? Obviously, I don't care about spoilers.
