Public transport to travel from Varanasi airport to the city at 9pm

I am a solo backpacker, suggest public transport options from the airport to the City (Near assi ghat). I can book a rapido bike if I can reach the city center by public transport.

Fyi: I reach VNS airport around 9:15 PM.please suggest the options.Thankyou
