How to turn off traction control fully?

Morning everyone.

Does anyone know how to turn of traction control fully off the toyota grand highlander (gas model awd)

I was playing around in the snow and if you press the TCS button once you will get wheel spin. but once you try sliding donuts around the TCS will save you.

Yes I am aware this isnt the best practice but I like understand the vehicles snow traction limits by playing around in a safe environment.
