Sunny day song from an old nokia phone.

Can someone find this song? , some of the lyrics are "can you feel the sun, looking one by one. Sunny days always been so bright and the light falls through the darkest nights. Sunny days always warm and bright".

The song is called " Sunny days" but there are a million songs with the same name. I don't know how accurate the words are. It's been 10 years since I last heard it. Please help!!
