Help with Princess No Wills of Five Planets quest line

I'm not sure if I'm bugged or not, I finished all the Princess No quests including the quests were you role play as a Kanna? and defeated Princess No in story mode. Got the family heirloom mirror thing and handed in the quest. The thing is though i checked the quest lightbulb but no quest for Wills of Five Planets has shown up.

Not sure if i missed something and any help would be appreciated.
