The government hasn’t elaborated on what they did, but it seems like mostly bank robberies and other nonviolent crimes.

THE MEMBERS THAT THE GOVERNMENT MOST LIKELY INFORMED YOU ABOUT:

Btw they go by one syllable codenames for convenience

BOSS: The leader, and the mouth of the group. Very charismatic, and very anti-government.

ABILITIES: No powers. But he does have a cool exoskeleton that enhances his physical traits, as well as a special gun that can shoot kinetic shockwaves, lasers, and even act as a flamethrower. These items are believed to have been purchased from the dark web.

FAR: Allegedly a former technician for the government. Has gone rogue for reasons they won’t tell you. Has a black eye from a particularly intimate run-in.

ABILITIES: Piggybacking off of quantum entanglement, he can teleport himself and other objects to wherever he wills. Although teleporting himself seems to heavily disorient him for a bit. It’s theorized he could teleport others, but the experience would likely give the teleported minor brain damage.

GHOST: The most elusive of the members, but seems to be the most empathetic. Bears a strange resemblance to a dock worker in the industrial district, but that worker has a different hair color, as well as multiple injuries.

ABILITIES: Selective intangibility. She can “choose” for things like walls, people, even kinetic force to simply not interact/touch her, like she’s not even there.

LOOSE: Most aggressive of the bunch. Despises any authority figure.

ABILITIES: Her body’s cells are believed to share properties similar to silicones. This allows her to “stretch” areas of her body. However, it is theorized that she has no skeleton, and that a punch to the head could easily give her brain damage.
