Question about Ferrium ore yield

Anyone knows why I'm only get 1040/min when the max is 1080? I already am mining all the nodes, development lvl 11 and double checked that every rig is powered. Yet I'm stuck at 1040 yield/1080 usage despite seeing others able to balance out... T_T
